Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Cancel
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used:

  • Honey and other food products

  • Body bars and soaps that have been unsealed

  • Any product showing signs of use

Sealed, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

We will provide return instructions by email. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt. No handling or restocking fees are charged.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
