Returns & Refunds Policy

Your Right to Withdraw (EU Customers) Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day window begins from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the last item in your order, and extends over weekends and public holidays.

If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, you can cancel it directly through your account. If it has already been dispatched, you can return it once received.

Products That Cannot Be Returned For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, or used:

  • Honey and other food products
  • Body bars and soaps that have been unsealed
  • Any product showing signs of use

Sealed, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

If you checked out using a phone number only (no email), please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you've notified us, please return the item(s) within 14 days of that notification. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs A fixed return shipping fee applies and will be shown when you submit your return request. We recommend using a tracked service. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs in full.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Your refund will include the standard outbound delivery cost — if you chose a premium delivery option, only the standard rate will be refunded. No restocking fees are charged.

Damaged or Faulty Items If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
